• Zásilkovna (Packeta) — parcel delivery
• Shopify Inc. — operator of the e-commerce platform
• PayPal — payment processing

All third parties are bound by confidentiality and process the data only on our behalf and in accordance with the GDPR.

4. How long we keep the data

• Orders and billing data: 10 years (obligation under the Czech Accounting Act)
• Customer account: for as long as the account exists + 3 years after it is closed
• Newsletter consent: until consent is withdrawn
